If there's one thing J.Crew (in all of their infinite fashion wisdom) has taught me, it's that a pair of glasses can really elevate your look from plain to effortlessly chic. Like a waist belt that cinches your cardigan or blazer (and no longer just holds your pants up), a pair of glasses can frame your face and doesn't have to be prescriptive! In my case, I need prescriptive glasses anyway, but I do have some pairs that don't have Rx lenses for those days I want to whip them out and look chic.

So that's where Firmoo comes in! A couple of weeks ago I was debating whether to bite the bullet and shell out for a pair of trendy and prescription glasses. I am so happy with the quality and am thrilled that I didn't have to go in to an eye doctor and try on pairs of incredibly expensive eyeglasses that were probably doomed to being crushed underneath my butt anyway. And being able to "try on" glasses with their virtual Try On widget in the comfort of my own home was a bonus for this antisocial girl (okay, maybe not antisocial but I have a habit of making rushed choices just so I don't take up someone's time or feel pressured to buy).
